I love my work (if you can call it work) with semi precious jewelry and fused glass jewelry. I started years ago with stained glass and that quickly lead to handcrafted glass jewelry (hence the name Fancy Glass). I progressed to fused glass pendants when my husband built me a home studio. From there it was on to earrings, pendants and bracelets with combinations of Genuine Swarovski crystals, semi precious stones and Bali Silver. My jewellery business had taken on a life of its' own!
I have developed a real passion for semi-precious stones over the past few years. They have such mysterious, historical and mythological properties. I try to capture and enhance each stones unique characteristics and exceptional beauty in my creations. Combined with fabulous Swarovski Crystals they are even more remarkable. It seems my favorite stone is always the one I'm working with!
In my spare time I enjoy gardening and photographing the spectacular flowers. It seems my favorite flower is the one I'm looking at... wait where did I hear that before?
